THE PROBLEM
Refrigerant leaks cost everyone. The system owner pays for pounds of refrigerant that end up in the atmosphere. The contractor pays with a callback- or worse, a warranty claim n a compressor that ran low and burned out. Traditional repair means recover, brave, pressure test, evacuate, and recharge. That’s a half-day minimum on a micro-leak that could be inside a wall or buried in an evaporator coil. Sometimes the leak can’t even be accessed without a huge time commitment or major demolition project.
The other problem is that everyone and their brother has their own version of a leak seal so how do you know which one is the one that won’t damage TXV’s, bind up compressors, or will actually seal the leak?

Xpress Seal has been stopping refrigerant leaks since 1999, millions of them…first launched into the automotive industry it migrated to the HVAC space in the mid 2000’s. It’s compatible with all refrigerant systems (excluding ammonia) and it travels with the refrigerant gas (not the oil), which means it reaches every joint, fitting, and factory seam in the circuit. It’s non-reactive inside the closed loop and contains no polymers so that means – no clogged TXVs, no compressor damage, no efficiency loss. It only activates when it hits an actual leak site where the pressure drop, moisture, and air trigger a fast permanent seal. Think of it like the platelets in your blood, perfectly harmless in a system until a signal is sent that an injury has taken place, then they swarm the area and create a scab. No pump-down required for install, fully compressible because it atomizes completely upon installation. Inject it into the running system and walk away.

Xpress injects are a pretty unique problem solver in the industry, several large groups of contractors are using these as preventative maintenance items or upsells for peace of mind, some home warranty companies recommend installation of a sealant product before any other intervention.
