HEAVY FOAMING COIL CLEANER

Foaminator is the King of Coil Cleaners. Foaminator achieves this with a special blend of surfactants that easily dissolves grease, dirt, and contaminants and removes oxides from condenser coils, and has a time delay built in so that the product will not start reacting on contact with metal like every other alkaline foaming coil cleaner in the market. 60-90 seconds after spraying Foaminator around the base of the coil, a thick heavy foam will start forming from deep inside the coil, carrying out and lifting away any debris to be rinsed away from the surface of the fins. Foaminator will not mist when applying it to coils, keeping it from being affected by the wind and stopping product from blowing back on the contractor and other surfaces. It is packaged in the greatest variety of any of our cleaners making it the easiest to use and most versatile coil cleaner available.

Foaminator is a non-acid, alkaline-based cleaner. It generates a heavy foaming action that holds metal ions in the solution, while pushing the dirt and grease to the outer surface of the coil. It can also be easily rinsed away with water. Dissolves grease, and also removes oxides and contaminants on the metal surface, leaving finned coils smooth and bright. Exceptional performance results. GENERAL GUIDELINES

Wear appropriate protective clothing and gear: closed-toed shoes, long sleeves, chemical resistant gloves and safety glasses.

  1. To begin with turn off the system first.
  2. Dilute 1 part Foaminator with 3 to 4 parts water.
  3. Next, add water to a low-pressure tank sprayer.
  4. Add the cleaner next (Concentration can be increased or decreased depending on job requirements).
  5. Then, spray the solution directly onto the coil.
  6. Lastly rinse thoroughly after foaming has ceased. Allow longer contact with heavier grease. Keep from freezing.
