EPA APPROVED DISINFECTANT FOR USE AGAINST SARS-CoV-2

Disinfect Pro can be used in many settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and other community living centers, schools, daycares, libraries, laboratories, hotels, motels, cafeterias, restaurants, offices, veterinary facilities, gymnasiums, locker rooms and so much more. It has many applications in a variety of industries and environments such as commercial, industrial, institutional, medical, residential facilities, and on equipment and vehicles.

EPA (COID-19) Information: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is caused by SARS-CoV-2. Disinfect Pro, EPA Reg. No. 44446-67-6381, kills similar viruses and therefore can be used against SARS-CoV-2 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Rhinovirus; Canine Hepatitis virus on hard, non-porous surfaces. GENERAL GUIDELINES

Wear appropriate protective clothing and gear: closed-toed shoes, long sleeves, chemical resistant gloves and safety glasses.

  1. Shake container well before each use and hold it upright while spraying. 
  2. For use on precleaned, hard nonporous surfaces; not for use on humans or animals. 
  3. Not for use where food or related products are prepared processed or stored. 
  4. Remove food or related products from the area being treated. Avoid use where product would contact counters or tabletops where food may be sorted, prepared or processed. Do not use on waxed/polished surfaces, water-based “latex” paint, shellac, cellulose (such as rayon) or other alcohol-sensitive materials. 

Read and understand the product’s label and Safety Data Sheet. Be sure to wash hands thoroughly after handling.

TO CLEAN AND DEODORIZE

  1. Hold container upright about 6-8″ from surface.
  2. Spray surface and allow to air dry.

TO DISINFECT TOILETS AND URINALS

  1. Remove gross filth prior to disinfection.
  2. Empty toilet bowl or urinal.
  3. Hold container upright about 6-8″ from surface.
  4. Spray to thoroughly wet hard, nonporous surfaces.
  5. Brush over exposed surfaces and under the rim.
  6. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then flush.

TO DISINFECT VETERINARY OFFICES, ANIMAL AREAS, AND ANIMAL LABORATORES

  1. Remove all animals and feed from premises, vehicles, cages, kennels, etc.
  2. Remove all litter, droppings, and manure from floors, walls, and surfaces of facilities occupied or traversed by animals.
  3. Empty all feeding and water appliances.
  4. Thoroughly clean all surfaces with soap or detergent and rinse with water.
  5. Hold container upright about 6-8″ from surface. Spray to thoroughly wet hard, nonporous surfaces.
  6. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes.
  7. Allow to air dry. Im- merse all halters, collars, leashes and other types of equipment used in handling and restraining animals as well as forks, shovels, and scrapers used for removing litter and manure.
  8. Ventilate buildings, vehicles, and other closed spaces.
  9. Do not house animals or employ equipment until treatment has been absorbed, set or dried.
  10. Thoroughly scrub feeding and watering equipment with soap or detergent, and rinse with potable water before reuse.
