FOAMINATOR

HEAVY FOAMING COIL CLEANER

THE PROBLEM

Standard “foaming” coil cleaners react the instant they hit the surface. That sounds great…but it’s actually the problem when cleaning impacted, deep, or multi-row coils. The foam expands immediately, creating a wall that blocks the liquid from ever reaching the problem or further back in the coil. Coils packed with grease, cottonwood, or years of oxidation will never get clean. Additionally, most of these instant reaction cleaners atomize out of the sprayer, creating a caustic mist cloud that can drift onto the tech, nearby equipment, and anything else downwind.

WHY FOAMINATOR WINS

Foaminator is the only true time delayed-foaming coil cleaner and that delay is the whole point. During application, the liquid penetrates deeper and doesn’t react for 60-90 seconds, seeping into every crack, crevice, and saturating all the contaminants in the core of the coils. Once that reaction starts, a thick and dense foam expands from the inside out with massive force, pushing dirt, grease and grim outward from the center instead of trying to wash it through. The sodium hydroxide base saponifies grease and the surfactant blend emulsifies other contaminants with ease. The chemistry behind that delay also keeps the cleaner as a liquid rope when sprayed instead of a mist, ensuring the cleaner ends up on the coil where you want it.

BEST USED FOR

Restaurant & Commercial Condensers – cooking grease, animal fat, and kitchen exhaust tar embed deep in multi-row coils. Foaminator’s delayed penetration and saponification chemistry reach what surface-foaming cleaners can’t touch.

Heavy Oxidation & Neglected Units – rooftop condensers caked with years of dirt, cottonwood, and rust. The high-alkaline formula strips oxidation and brightens aluminum fins while the delayed foam pushes packed debris out from the core.

High-Volume Maintenance Operations – the super-concentrated gallon formula means one bottle replaces multiple jugs of pre-diluted product. Dial the ratio from 3:1 (industrial / heavy soils) to 10:1 (residential) and control the strength from the pump sprayer.

What’s in your box?

Your kit includes one quart of Foaminator (FM-1Q) – a sample size of Foaminator concentrate. Mixed 3:1 it makes a gallon of time delayed, heavy foaming coil cleaner ideal for neglected condensers. Best used in pump sprayers rather than a hose-end sprayer, the high surfactant load is too viscous for Venturi-style applicators.

There is a style of Foaminator for everyone: powder, aerosol, cylinder, gallon, 5 gallon, and 55-gallon.
