PURGE

LINE-SET FLUSH

THE PROBLEM

Most line-set flushes on the market are low-pressure solvents that rinse the bottom of the pipe or don’t have the ingredients to really clean. They lose pressure in a cold truck or walk-in, stall on long vertical runs, and leave behind the sludge, carbon, and acid that destroy compressors. The result is a callback — or worse, a premature system failure that lands on the contractor.

WHY PURGE WINS

Most Purge runs at 140+ PSI – nearly 3x the pressure of the leading flush brands – while packing a high-concentration, active solvent formula that chemically emulsifies contaminants rather than just pushing them around. A single 1lb can cleans what most competitors need two cans to remove. It maintains full pressure in cold environments, pushes through long vertical runs, cleans through it’s chemistry and turbulent pressure, and leaves zero residue after evacuation.

BEST USED FOR

R-410 to A2L / R-454B retrofits – POE oil residue and mineral oil from older systems must be fully cleared before charging with a new refrigerant.

Burnout Recovery – after a compressor failure, the line-set is loaded with acids, carbon, sludge and more. Purge removes it chemically so the new compressor isn’t fighting dirty refrigerant after the system is back online.

New System Installs & Component Replacements – construction debris, cutting oils, and moisture get into line sets. Flushing before startup protects the equipment warrant and the compressor from day one.

What’s in your box?

Your kit includes a PRG-1 — the 1 lb aerosol, designed for residential systems up to 3–6 tons. It’s the industry’s most common size and the right starting point for a demo or first job. For commercial systems or long runs, the PRG-2 (2 lb) is the next step up. We also have 5 and 10 pound pressurized cylinders for multi-family or large systems with long runs.
